Every week, we share one thing you can do to help solve climate change. This week, we’re asking you to do one of the most important: vote.
It might seem obvious, but we won’t have real climate action until we elect officials who understand the urgent need. We’ve rounded up some resources to help you find out where your candidates stand.
- See if your candidates have signed the No Fossil Fuel Pledge.
- Check their scores on the League of Conservation Voters’ scorecard.
- See if your state has a relevant ballot initiative.
Remember, you have the right to a provisional ballot if your polling place doesn’t have your voter registration on record. And below is a link that will help you find your polling place. If you haven’t already, please take our pledge to vote. If you do, you’ll get reminders ahead of the next election.
November 6 is election day. Get out there and make it count.
