Try going meat-free this Monday! It’s a small way to contribute to this larger movement. Cutting meat from your diet can make a huge impact on the Earth, and your even your own health. Many worry about getting “enough protein” on a meat-free diet, but foods like lentils, beans, nuts, and hearty veggie-based soups are great whole-food protein sources. You can even try meat substitutes like tofu, tempeh, @UptonsNaturals seitan, or @BeyondMeat’s Beyond Burger…who knows, one day a week may become many meat-free days!
